Centre for Creative Practices would like to invite interested artists, activists, cultural and minority group leaders to a subsidised, intensive Leadership Training Programme.

Taught jointly by Monika Sapielak from the Centre for Creative Practices and Yvonne Monahan, an advanced instructor in Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning, this programme will take you on a journey of self-reflection and action planning to help you become a more impactful leader, project manager and facilitator of collaborations.

Your tutors will share insightful and practical perspectives on how to lead yourself, lead others, collaborate effectively, manage projects, motivate your team and be aware of the power of non-verbal communication.

With our support, you will formulate a Leadership Action Plan that you can implement moving forward.
